Participation and or attendance at the Celtic Highland Games of the Quad Cities constitutes authorization to use and reproduce any and all photographs, negative or positive proofs which are taken the day of the games by the Celtic Highland Games of the Quad Cities. All negatives and positives together with the prints shall constitute solely and completely the property of the Celtic Highland Games of the Quad Cities.

The Midlothian Scottish Pipe Band (MSPB) is a competition-oriented,
non-profit, Grade 2 pipe band from Chicago, IL USA. Since its founding in 1975, the MSPB has strived to demonstrate some of the best and
brightest pipe band talent in the midwestern United States. They have been
Dubbed the "Best in the Mid West" and are currently the highest grade
band registered with the Mid West Pipe Band Association.
