| Participation and or attendance at the Celtic Highland Games of the Quad Cities constitutes authorization to use and reproduce any and all photographs, negative or positive proofs which are taken the day of the games by the Celtic Highland Games of the Quad Cities. All negatives and positives together with the prints shall constitute solely and completely the property of the Celtic Highland Games of the Quad Cities. |
No fee to enter photos in our contest. Participants must pay $10.00 gate admission (or buy T-shirt in advance). Two contest categories: Photographers 12 -18 Years old and Photographers 18 years and older. (Age applies as of August 26, 2000.) Contestants may enter up to four unmounted color prints taken at the Celtic Highland Games of the Quad Cities. Prints must be either 4 X 6 or 5 X 7. Please affix name, address, age and phone number to the back of each print entered. All entries must be postmarked or delivered by September 10, 1999 to Elbert Smick Three experienced judges will select first, second and third place winners in each category. Decision of judges is final. Winners will be announced in October. 1st

Photos will be featured in All prints become the property of the Celtic Highland Games of the Quad Cities, and they reserve the right to exhibit and/or publish the winning pictures with photographer's name. Entries may be reused in publicity materials for future games. |
