the Blue Cat offers 6 beers on tap:
The first three ales listed directly below are on tap at all times. The stouts (there are five in all) are rotated throughout the year. The last two taps are seasonal or specialty brews and are rotated upon brewers judgment. With almost forty recipes (a number that keeps growing), you can tell we're serious about our beer.

Ales on Tap

[ Merchandise ]	Wigged Pig Wheat The key word is light. Wigged Pig is a light golden wheat beer with light body and light hoppiness (bitterness). It has a slightly crisp taste making it quite refreshing on a warm day.
Off The Rail Ale This Amber Pale Ale has a light to medium body. A well-balanced malt to hop profile gives it that crisp thirst quenching flavor.*	[ Merchandise ]
[ Merchandise ]	Big Bad Dog* The name says it all. This Old English Ale is full-bodied and well rounded. The deep mahogany color and sweet malty flavor makes it a favorite.
*Arkham Stout A roasted smoky taste with medium hoppiness earmarks this as a smooth Sweet Stout. Its thick rich head is characteristic of all Stouts. While the flavor profile is dominated by a semisweet maltiness, the bitter hops balances the taste.	[ Merchandise ]

Blue Cat Porter
Another classic beer, Blue Cat is a rich smooth Porter with a distinct smoky taste. A deep copper color, medium body and thick rich head help to round off a very fine beer.

Gunther Bock

Why Gunther? Why not? Like most bock beers, Gunther is a simple German style full bodied dark beer. Sweet maltiness offset by bitter hops makes for a well rounded flavor profile.

Specialty Beers

[ Merchandise ]	Rambling Raspberry* A hefty 80 pounds goes into this summertime favorite. A specialty beer, Rambling Raspberry provides a delicious tart flavor with a distinct fruit finish.
Coriander & Orange Another light specialty beer, the coriander & orange has a spicy coriander tone with a subtle orange and ginger finish. A squeeze of orange helps to accentuate the orange flavor.	Audrey's Brown Ale Like the English Mild Ale, this beer has a sweet malty tone to it. It also has subdued hop flavor and aroma.
*Wee Bit Scotch Ale Characterized by a rounded flavor profile, Wee Bit is a light Scotch Ale. Low hoppiness combined with a soft malty flavor makes for a smooth brew. A dash of Peated Malt provides that subtle crisp, smoky finish.	*River Back Jack IPA- A classic India Pale Ale, RBJ is characterized by its high hoppiness. Aged over oak chips, RBJ has a good dose of hops thrown into the serving tank, a process known as dry hopping, which contributes to a very dry refreshing flavor.
Crescent Moon ESB A great way to warm up a cool evening. A dark, rich, full bodied ale, the Crescent Moon quenches with its sweet, malty rapport.	[ Merchandise ]
A.K.A. Pilsner That unidentified ale with the smoothness of a lager. A light to dark color accents its heavy yet airy body. Is it a lager? Is it an ale? Only the brewer knows. *HA HA HA HA HA.*	Mallard Ale An amber-hued pilsner, this is the namesake beer for the Quad Cities' Mallards hockey team.*
[ Merchandise ]	Red Toad A traditional amber pale ale, a bit hoppier than the Off the Rail.
