Congratulations to the Bride & Groom! And thank you for choosing the Blue Cat Brew Pub for your rehearsal dinner. We will do everything we can to make this a special evening for you. For your convenience, we can provide your party with a personalized menu for the evening containing only the entrées you have selected and without prices. You may choose from the following options. Vegetarian dishes are marked as such.

Barbecue Beef Brisket

Slow-roasted beef brisket, glazed with sweet & spicy beer barbecue sauce, served with fresh vegetable of the day, mashed potatoes & corn muffin.   8.75
